Rules & Regulations
Pool and spa – use is at your own risk
– The pool and spa are open from Dawn to Dusk.
– Green pool tags must be carried with you while you are in the pool/spa area.
– Tags (6) are located in the unit. There is a $50 charge for replacement tags.
– No glass is allowed in the pool area.
– Beverages must be kept at least 4 feet from the pool or spa.
– Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the pool and spa area.
– Food is not allowed inside the pool fenced in area.
– Please shower before using the pool or spa.
– Minor children must be accompanied by an adult while they are in the pool area.
