Island Parking Pass
Vehicles must display a Temporary Parking Permit on the dashboard while on the island. Permits can be picked up from Resource Property Management (RPM), located at 5901 Sun Blvd, Suite 103, next to The Deck Restaurant at the rear of the Isla shopping mall. RPM is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and closed 12:00–1:00 PM for lunch.
Please park only in the space assigned to your unit (your space number will be provided at check-in). A second vehicle must also have a Temporary Parking Permit and be parked in a designated guest parking space.
If you arrive over a weekend and do not yet have your permit, don’t worry. Security will leave a courtesy notice on the vehicle if a pass is not visible, and they allow adequate time to pick up your permit before any towing action would occur.
