Welcome Guests
We’re so happy to host you and hope you enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay. This guide includes everything you’ll need to know about the home, check-out, and local tips. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out through Airbnb messaging or on our contact form.
Check-in
Self check-in with a secure door code. Your unique code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Check-in time is 3pm.
Wifi
Network name and password will be provided in the check-in message or inside the home.
Thermostat
Please keep thermostat between 72–75°F to keep the AC unit in good working condition. Before checkout, kindly set to 75°F.
Quiet Hours
Please be courteous of neighbors and observe quiet hours between 11 PM – 8 AM.
Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free home, including the balcony and all interior spaces. Please be respectful of this rule as violations may result in additional cleaning fees.
Guest Access
You will have full, private access to the entire home and all amenities. Please note: One owner’s closet located on the balcony is locked and not accessible to guests.
Trash
All trash should be bagged and taken to the community dumpster located in the center of the parking lot. Cardboard boxes must be broken down before being put into the dumpster.
Towels & Laundry
Used towels may be placed in the closest bedroom hampers or directly into the washing machine upon checkout. Towels, bathing suits and other items must not be draped on patio or balcony furniture or railings.
No Pets
Our condo association does not allow pets for rental guests.
Security
Before leaving for the day and at checkout; please lock the sliding balcony door and deadbolt the front door.
